The L. Bentley O-Line Academy believes that comprehensive development of offensive linemen is often overlooked within the development of the team as a whole. The general belief that “bigger is better” puts the athlete in a compromising position and does not prepare him for the art of the game.
We take a holistic approach to preparing athletes for offensive line positions. When athletes attend the O-Line Academy, they will not only learn proven techniques for enhancing their performance, but also other aspects, such as fitness and nutrition, that have just as much impact on their performance on and off the field.
