Sessions

Athletes who attend the L. Bentley O-Line Academy will receive results-oriented training from experts with proven experience. Each session has a 50 person limit, so that each student receives individualized attention but within a team-oriented setting.

Each session will focus on strength and conditioning, field work, Pilates, martial arts, and nutritional counseling.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4 – 5:30 p.m., strength and conditioning
5:30 – 6:30 p.m., field work

Athletes who register for a second session receive 10 percent off.
